Every piece is made-to-order. No deadstock, no warehouses — your order goes to production the moment it's placed.

• Production: 3–6 business days before it ships.
• US delivery: 5–7 business days after shipping.
• International: 10–20 business days after shipping.
• Tracking: sent the moment your order leaves the press.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for size preference or change of mind. Check the size guide before you order.

If something arrives damaged or the wrong item entirely, we make it right — no questions. Email hello@thehwysco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund, your call.

Address Changes

Reach us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once it goes to production, we can't redirect the shipment.
